Bhagwanpura is a village of Samrala tehsil in Ludhiana district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Samrala, about 4 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 887 people in Bhagwanpura: 468 men and 419 women, living in 171 households, an average of about 5.2 people per household.
