It lies in the Doaba region, and the 2011 directory recorded Mukerian, about 4 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Talwara community development block and is served by the Passi Karora gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 031108, and it covers 96 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 137 people in Kando Karora: 65 men and 72 women, living in 29 households, an average of about 4.7 people per household.
