Kharak Balrah is a village of Mukerian tehsil in Hoshiarpur district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Mukerian, about 3 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Mukerian community development block and is served by the Kharak--Balrah gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 031122, and it covers 75 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 625 people in Kharak Balrah: 294 men and 331 women, living in 139 households, an average of about 4.5 people per household.
