Kotli Khakhian is a village of Phillaur tehsil in Jalandhar district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Goraya, about 7 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 898 people in Kotli Khakhian: 451 men and 447 women, living in 203 households, an average of about 4.4 people per household.
