Where is Pasiwal?

Pasiwal is a village of Nangal tehsil in Rupnagar district, Punjab, in the Puadh region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Nangal, about 10 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Anandpur Sahib community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 038538, and it covers 117 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 958 people in Pasiwal: 485 men and 473 women, living in 202 households, an average of about 4.7 people per household.
